IMPORTANT NOTICE
PoDi is ONLY a platform that connects buyers and vendors of auto parts.
We do not sell parts, we do not guarantee quality, and we assume no responsibility for delivery, pricing, or any other aspect of the transaction between users and vendors.
1. Definition of the Service
PoDi is an online platform that allows buyers to submit requests for auto parts and vendors to offer their products and services.
We do NOT:
- Sell auto parts
- Guarantee the quality of parts
- Assume responsibility for delivery
- Participate in transactions
- Guarantee the accuracy of information posted by users
2. Disclaimer
2.1. Product Quality
PoDi does not inspect, test, or guarantee the quality of auto parts offered by vendors. All communication regarding quality takes place directly between the buyer and the vendor.
2.2. Delivery
Arrangements for delivery, timelines, shipping costs, and shipping methods are handled exclusively between the buyer and the vendor. PoDi assumes no responsibility for delays, damage in transit, or lost shipments.
2.3. Pricing and Payment
Prices are set independently by vendors. PoDi does not control or guarantee the accuracy of prices. All transactions and payments are conducted directly between the buyer and the vendor.
2.4. Communication
PoDi enables communication through the platform and via email but assumes no responsibility for the content of messages, agreements made between parties, or unfulfilled promises.
2.5. Disputes
In the event of a dispute between a buyer and a vendor, PoDi may provide contact information for the parties but does not participate in dispute resolution and assumes no responsibility for the outcome.
3. User Responsibilities
3.1. Buyers
- Verify the reputation and contact information of vendors before making a purchase
- Agree on delivery and payment terms directly with the vendor
- Inspect the quality and condition of parts upon receipt
- Keep all records of communications and transactions
3.2. Vendors
- Provide accurate information about the parts offered
- Honor agreed timelines and terms
- Ensure the quality of the parts you sell
- Maintain professional communication
4. Privacy and Security
PoDi safeguards users’ personal data in accordance with GDPR regulations. We do not store the content of email communications between users and vendors.
Users are responsible for the security of their login credentials (passwords).
5. Limitation of Liability
PoDi, its founders, employees, and partners shall bear no liability for:
- Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits or revenue
- Loss of data
- The cost of procuring substitute goods or services
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of transmissions
- The actions of third parties on the platform
Use of the platform is at the user’s own risk.
6. Changes to the Terms
PoDi reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email or through notices on the platform.
